Many of our ministries centre around our worship services. These include
Music Ministry. This group consists of our music director, and members of choir. It meets regularly for practice, and helps lead us in music at our Sunday services.
Eucharistic Assistants. These are responsible for preparing the altar for communion, and for cleaning up afterward. The Eucharistic assistants also assist in administering communion during worship.
Intercessors lead us in prayers during the Sunday services. They also are responsible for leading anointing prayers during communion time.
Greeters. This team of volunteers is responsible for greeting people as they come through our doors. They hand out bulletins, help answer questions, and take up the collection.
Hospitality. The hospitality team is responsible for setting up light refreshments between our Sunday worship services. This is a time for conversation over snacks, and takes place in the room behind our worship area.
Readers. The rotation of readers is responsible for reading the bible readings appointed for each worship service. These readings generally follow a regular 3-year schedule, which allows for most of the bible to be read publicly over that period.
