MESSY CHURCH IS ON BREAK FOR THE SUMMER. LOOK FOR US IN THE FALL!
Messy Church is an exciting new type of worship, developed in the Church of England as a way of engaging families with children. The service is held on a Saturday afternoon and involves crafts, games and activities geared toward young people. Parents are encouraged to participate in the crafts and games with their kids. The time together ends with a meal.
Like the name says, it’s messy and exciting. It’s also great for families who may not be familiar with church, because there’s no sermon, no offering and it doesn’t feel “churchy”.
